Copal Smudge Bundle
Intention
Copal Smudge is also called nectar for the gods. She triggers the heart to open herself to light and love. It’s a well-known and widely used product among indigenous people of Central America, also known as the Natives, especially in shamanism. Copal, aka blue sage, is part of the purification ceremonies as it stimulates the gain of visions and expels negative energy and bad entities.

Blue sage is distinguished from white sage by the smell released when you burn it. Unlike white sage, the smell of blue sage is similar to lavender.
How to Use
Light the end of the stick, holding it at the base and allowing it to burn for 20 seconds. Then, blow out the flame and slowly walk around your space as the smoke arises. Remember to open a window or door to allow the negative energy to leave. Allow it to cool on a plate.
