In terms of beauty and skincare, my stunning mother is my role model. Of course, I have therefore also adopted her beauty routine, which is very minimalist. To this day, she hardly uses any cosmetics or skincare products – really just makeup remover, water, and the tried-and-true Nivea cream from time to time. I myself am very similar to my mother here and only remove makeup with Bioderma micellar water from the blue line and wash my face thoroughly with water afterwards.
I never use facial creams, but I don't leave the house without sunscreen. My favorite: The Sun Silk Drops Organic Face Sunscreen SPF 30 from Coola. And in the summer, I swear by the Sun Anti-Aging Cell Protection against pigmentation spots by Nuxe, which smells simply delicious. I take care of my body with a cocoa butter bar that my friend Alessia brought me from Venezuela. I also love this scent very much!
Although I hardly use makeup, I put makeup on my eyes every day. Or in other words: A black eyeliner and mascara are a must with me! In addition, I like the currently the Cool Eyeshadow palette N°52 by Roën Beauty (available at The Beauty Kollektive) very much, because these colors shimmer so beautifully in the sun. Shimmer and glitter are so to speak my Guilty Pleasure (laughs). Also on the lips. That's why I like to use different shades from Fenty Beauty's Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminzer line for my lip makeup.
Last but not least: My favorite fragrance is not a classic perfume. Here, I go for the Palo Santo Oil perfume by Rahua. This perfume oil has both, a balancing effect a calming effect, and always puts me in a good mood. It is not for nothing that Palo Santo wood is said to have been used by Shamans since the Incan era for its medicinal and spiritual benefits, Palo Santo is believed to protect, heal and promote well-being, cleansing of "mala energía" (bad energy).
