Corrections

Mistakes happen from time to time; we are all still human beings. If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and received, we will happily ensure you get what you want. Please e-mail info@thegoddesscollective.ch to discuss any differences.

Shipping Questions And Challenges

We use the Swiss Post Serviceto ship our products, as we have found them cost-effective and reliable. You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that we do not guarantee to re-ship products confirmed as "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered, but you did not receive it in your hands, we recommend that you speak with your family, roommates and neighbours to see if anyone else brought in the package (this happens more often than you might think!). If the parcel cannot be located, please e-mail info@thegoddesscollective.ch for the next steps.

Order Cancellations

We understand when plans change. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of its placement by emailing us at info@thegoddesscollective.ch with your request and reason. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will be asked to follow the return and refund procedures below.

Returns

You may request a return of any unopened and unused product purchased from The Goddess Collective within seven days of receiving your order. Before returning any products via mail, please e-mail us at info@thegoddesscollective.ch with your order number and the reason for the return request.

Once your return request is approved, please mail the product and your order invoice to the following address:

For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged. You are responsible for the return postage and any damage incurred on the return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for unopened, unused or defective items. If The Goddess Collective approves your request for a refund, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund, but The Goddess Collective must request a refund within 48 hours of delivery. 

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within seven business days, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Failure to contact The Goddess Collective with your order number and reason for the refund request before mailing back the product may result in significant delays in obtaining a refund. At its sole discretion, the Goddess Collective reserves the right to reject any return or request for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
